Telescopic covers
Telescopic covers are an assembly of sheet metal boxes used to protect Guide-ways, Ball-screws, motor encoders & other such critical parts of machine tools from burr, chips, coolant, dust, accidental damage etc. They are made in variety of shapes and sizes as per machine tool requirement. Our Telescopic covers are made from special wear resistant steel sheets. They are polished to enhance aesthetics and coated with special anti- rust chemicals. They are Zinc plated if needed. We offer a wide variety of wear resistant Wipers to keep the telescopic Cover leak Proof. Wear resistant plastic/ brass shoes are used to rest the cover on guide-way thus protecting the guide-way from abrasion. Rubber dampers ensure minimum noise while operation.
Customized Sheet Metal Guards
We specialize in tailor made guards for any application such as Motor covers, ATC covers, Doors with Frame( e.g.Stama m/c), Wheel slide guards for cylindrical grinders, Turning centre guards,X-Y shields etc.
Roll-Up Covers
Roll-up covers consists of a curtain of fabric /spring steel mounted under spring tension on a canister. They are used where idle space for covers in closed position is very less compared to the area of Guide- way to be protected.
Wiper Systems
Wipers are an indispensable accessory of machine tool. Any type of machine tool uses one or the other type of wiper system to wipe its Guide-ways clean.
We offer a variety of way wiper systems.
Following are the basic widely used Wiper types:
1.)
AB series: These types of Way-wipers have a strong Stainless-Steel casing in which wiper lip, made of high-quality polyurethane/ synthetic rubber is inserted.
Standard lengths of 500mm are available AB series wipers can be customized to your specification with mounting holes. The wiper lips are easy to replace.
2.)
BA series: These types of Way-wipers have a rigid aluminium casing in which wiper lip made of high-quality polyurethane rubber is inserted
Standard lengths of 1000mm are available BA series wipers can be customized to your specification with mounting holes. The wiper lips are easy to replace.
3.)
Metal-bonded Way-wipers: These types of Way-wipers have a sturdy Steel strip bonded to wiper lip made of high-quality polyurethane/ synthetic rubber.
Standard lengths of 500mm are available. Wipers can be customized to your specification with mounting holes. These Way-wipers are cheaper than other two types.

Moulded Way-Wipers: In case of complex geometry and small critical dimensions it becomes difficult to fit any of above types of way- wipers. The solution is Moulded way wipers. These can be moulded as per your requirements and consist of pu rubber moulded to metal insert.
Apron Covers
Apron cover is made up of aluminium strips with fabric as base. One end is fitted to moving carriage and other freely suspended with dead weight or fitted to bed. They form the simplest type of protective cover. In conjunction with roll-up mechanism, Apron covers can become an effective compact protection.
Bellow Covers
Bellow covers are fabric covers commonly used to protect Guide-ways. They are available in stitched version with reinforced PVC frame or in folded form with or without Velcro fastening.
Bellows are used on various kinds of machines to provide protection for guide-ways and spindles, in those cases where no Telescopic covers can be fitted due to space constraint.
Bellows are produced from rexine / nylon/ leather fabrics. In some cases the Bellows are also constructed with scissors, bearings, rollers and stainless steel flaps where hot chips are present. Bellows are easy to fit with minimum closed length and high travel speed. Bellows offer protection from contaminants while applying little resistance to the machine's movement.
Bellows can be mounted horizontally, vertically or in a cross-rail direction to complete the protection of your machine. Typical machine types that use bellows are: laser cutters, plasma cutters, water jet, measuring machines, lift tables, milling machines, and lathes etc.
Drag Chains
We supply high quality metallic and plastic Drag chains as per your requirement. Cable carriers or drag chains are simple guides that are used to encompass different types of hoses and cables. A drag chain helps to minimize the wear and tear on the hose or cable it protects, while also helping to ease the degree of tangle that can sometimes occur with extended lengths of hose. As such, the chain can also be seen as a safety device.
